Services are currently available in person and by phone or secure online platform
It is a priority for me that you find the right fit for counselling. Please contact me to schedule a free no obligation 15 minute phone consultation to determine if I am the ideal counsellor to help you meet your goals.
Payment is due at the beginning of your session and is payable by cash, cheque, credit card, or etransfer. Many people have coverage for counselling services through their extended health plan. If you plan on utilizing your benefits, please contact your provider to determine what credentials they cover (RCC, RSW, RPsych, etc). I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and will provide you with an official receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. At this time I am unable to direct bill insurance providers.

For cancellations or rescheduling please contact me directly by phone or email if you discover that you are not able to keep an appointment. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours’ notice. If you are unable to provide this notice you will be charged the full fee for the cancelled session. This fee may be waived on a case by case basis, please discuss this with me further if you have questions.
If you are late arriving at the office, you are responsible for paying the fee in full and you will be provided what is remaining of the scheduled session.
If these fees are preventing you from connecting or seeking counselling please reach out, I may have sliding scale spaces available that could accommodate a lower fee rate. Fee scales are set based on the recommended fee schedules put out by our registration bodies, however I do not want finances to be a barrier to people receiving counselling.
If you qualify for any of the following funding sources, or if you are not sure about how to access these please reach out to schedule a free phone consultation to discuss options prior to booking a session.
This funding requires a prior approval application to be submitted before the start of counselling.
